| According to estimates there are about one thousand street youngsters in the street of Bucharest. More precise, they live below the streets, in the hot water gutters. The government tries to keep away minors of the street. They are put in orphanages by the police. But as the orphanages lack enough care, many children fly again in the streets. | |||||||||||||||||||
